How’s it going, I’m Mitchell Ganzer, but everyone calls me Mitt.

I own Ganzer Motors, right over on Kolder Way.
3. How are you involved in today’s case?
Ellie was my wife, so I’m here today to make sure justice is finally served.
4. Now before we get into today’s case, let’s talk about your wife. How did you first meet?
We first met at a Fourth of July party in Creighton back in 1980. She was stubborn, just like me, and we hit it off immediately. After a year, we got engaged and then after another year we got married.
5. How was your marriage?
It was great at the beginning. Ellie stayed at home, like a good wife should, and I went out and provided for the family. After a few years, she wasn’t satisfied with staying at home and we began to fight. Right before her death, we were going through a rough spot.
6. Define a rough spot?
There was a DV arrest and divorce.
7. You said she wanted a divorce, did she ever contact a lawyer?
